Hawley Public Schools Activities Department believes athletics and extracurricular activities are an integral part of the students' education. We strive to meet high standards of sportsmanship, responsibility, dedication, and devotion to sport, school, and family.

The mission of athletic and extracurricular activities is to provide an environment that will complement and enrich the overall quality of all students' educational experiences. The emphasis of the program is to provide opportunities that encourage the pursuit of lifetime activities, a sense of commitment and teamwork, and the development of personal character while maintaining an environment that values cultural diversity and gender among its students, athletes, coaches, and advisors.

Before any student can participate in Hawley activities program, the following requirements must be met:

IMPORTANT:  You are only registered once ALL steps are completed.

Step 1: Athletes must have a current sports qualifying physical exam on file in the Activities Office.  Physicals are good for 3 years from the date of your last physical.  You can get the blank Physical Form here. 

Once you have your physical completed by a doctor, turn it into the office or scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.

If you are registering for a non-athletic activity you will not need to complete step 1 (however you will need to complete step 2).
